Rebel Lifestyle Apparel has partnered with USPS to ship your orders to you in a safe and timely manner. Rebel Lifestyle Apparel processes all orders in the order in which they were received within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after order is complete. All orders placed on the weekend (Saturday-Sunday) will begin processing the following business day (Monday). All orders placed on holidays will also begin processing on the following business day. USPS allows us to offer fast shipping priority between 2-3 business days after the dispatch. The estimated arrival date depends on the location of your shipping address and the status will be updated throughout the route. In all processing can be a total of 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, packed and shipped you may track your order at any time using the USPS tracking number provided that will be sent via email. Please do remember to provide accurate shipping information on your behalf so that your order can be fulfilled and shipped accordingly. A swift engagement with accurate information for order completion always has a higher chance to be on its way sooner than one of error. Rebel Lifestyle Apparel advises when checking out that the buyer is to be extremely attentive to the information being provided for submission such as correct email and shipping addresses. Due to the high volume of traffic and orders, unfortunately it is not the responsibility of Rebel Lifestyle Apparel to figure out missing information nor fulfill orders with missing and/or incorrect information provided by the buyer. We do value our customers; we do allow the buyer to adjust any shipping information that they have noticed after confirmation within 24 hrs. after the order was been submitted. Noticeable errors in shipping address such as an incomplete information will be followed up by a one-time courtesy email notifying the buyer to review their order and resubmit the proper information within the previous stated time frame for update.
Buyer information left incomplete with no response after 24 hrs. will automatically result in the issue of a full refund for the order that was placed. Buyer shipping information with no changes made will resume order processing. Please insert all request and notes in the provided note box before checking out.
