WHERE'S MY ORDER NUMBER / ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once your order has been placed, we will confirm receipt of your order to the email address provided at checkout. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and also includes your order number and all relevant details. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox. If you did not receive a confirmation email, it is possible that you entered the email address associated with the order incorrectly. If you believe that you have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered by the shopper for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.

CAN I CHANGE, CANCEL, OR COMBINE MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. All sales are final.
